Fee Policies
There will be a $30.00 fee for membership withdrawals in most cases. This fee may be waived at the discretion of the Center Supervisor in extreme circumstances (such as death) or when a pass is upgraded.
Membership withdrawals will be made effective on the date the request was submitted, unless client continues to use the facility. Refund / credit will be in the amount of the prorated remainder of the registration fee minus the $30 withdrawal fee.
EXAMPLE: $235 Registration Fee
- $67.60 Prorated fee for the time that has passed since purchase
- $30 Withdraw Fee
$167.40 Credited to account
• If your membership was paid via credit card – refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment. Please be prepared to provide the credit card information for verification purposes.
• If your membership was paid via check – refunds will be made via check and could take 5-6 weeks to process
• If your membership was paid via cash – refunds will be made via check and could take 5-6 weeks to process
